Central, but due to facing rear of building, away from road noise. Ideally located completely central to the the many local bars and a short walk away from the famous KaDeWe. Newest photos are from March 2022, with rearranged furniture and new TV There are many cafés nearby, including the well known Berios café It has a basic, but functional kitchen (only a small oven, but microwave grill and hobs), Fridge with freezer compartment There is not a washing machine on-site, but there is a launderette a short walk away (8 minutes, 550 meters, according to Google maps) (WIFI) Internet. There is also a PC for the tenants use Nollendorfplatz underground station is a short walk away (5 minutes, 450 meters, according to Google maps), with 4 underground lines located there (U, 2, 3 & 4). Or a little further walk in the same street as the apartment is the U7 Underground line (11 minutes, 900 meters, according to Google maps). There are also bus stops a short walk away in two directions from the apartment. (5 minutes, 400 meters, in either direction according to google maps) Central would have to be a key word to describe this apartment.
