The very chic and cozy apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and is also technically up to date. The apartment (second floor, front building) is rented fully furnished and has a state-of-the-art fitted kitchen with all appliances (including washer-dryer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric bread slicer, toaster and fridge-freezer combination) as well as a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The cozy bedroom has a large closet (enough hangers!) and a chest of drawers as well as a modern double bed with new and high-quality mattresses (two degrees of hardness, can be turned over). The beds are freshly made when you move in, so you only have to unpack your suitcases. The modern and elegantly tiled shower room has towel radiators and modern elements, such as a large shower with a glass partition. There are enough shelves in the vanity unit and a shelf. A modern, automatic ventilation control is available. The bright and spacious living room has a comfortable sofa with ottoman, TV, chest of drawers, a dining table that is also used as a desk (three chairs). The spacious balcony with its table and two chairs invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a coffee in the morning hours. In addition to modern lighting and heating controls, fast WiFi (50 Mbit, Dt. Telekom) is available, and all freely available TV channels are already programmed. Tenants can log in via the TV, their own Netflix, Sky, WOW or Prime Video account (others available). The apartment is located in a top-renovated and very charming old Berlin building from 1906 with a very nice entrance area. The apartment itself has been stylishly and lavishly renovated, the floors have stripped floorboards and parquet or modern tiles. The location of the apartment is both quiet and excellent in terms of traffic. The nearest subway station is a 5-minute walk away, the very well-known Berlin – Schlossstraße shopping center is a 10-minute walk away, the "City – West" (Kurfürstendamm) can be reached in around 15 minutes depending on the means of transport you choose, and the "City – East" center (Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz) can be reached in 20-25 minutes. There are several bicycle parking spaces in the locked courtyard where you can secure your own bicycle.
