Location: The apartment is not far from the Schlachtensee S-Bahn station and therefore within walking distance of the most beautiful bathing lake in Berlin, the Schlachtensee. The bus to the Nikolassee - Wannsee S-Bahn station is right outside the front door (Connection Interregio or S-Bahn to Berlin and Potsdam) or Zehlendorf Mitte. The Spanish Allee motorway connection is also right outside the door. Parking spaces are easy to find. There is a cafe in the house, a baker in the house next door, and a very good Italian restaurant down the street. A recognized good Greek restaurant and many other good restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance in the center of Schlachtensee, one of the highest quality parts of the city of Berlin.
