We are excited to offer you our beautiful studio in the Wiclefstraße in Berlin-Moabit, one of Berlin’s up-and- coming districts. The minimum rental period for the studio is two months. The studio is located in a quiet residential area with the Wilhelminian style building (“Berliner Altbau”) consisting of three building parts: a front building, a central house and a garden house. Our studio is on the 4th floor in the garden house which means it is both bright and nice as well as quiet. The houses are next to the idyllic Unionpark which you overlook from the apartment and also very close to the popular Arminius market hall (full of options for grocery shopping and restaurants). The closest underground station (U9) is only a 6 minutes’ walk from our studio, the closest bus stop is only 3 minutes away. The underground/bus will take you to Zoologischer Garten in just 5 minutes, Berlin Central Station is 9 minutes away. Also helpful: there is a supermarket is right outside the door - as well as many great restaurants (our tip: Taverna Amphipolis - best Greek cuisine in all of Moabit!). There are also many nice cafes (we especially like: The Tirrée in the Birkenstraße!). Culture lovers will be delighted by the nearby Center for Art and Urban Studies (ZK/U). The apartment is super bright and furnished with, among other things, a large comfortable bed, super-fast WiFi, a washing machine, a retro fridge, a wood decorated kitchen, a Nespresso machine, lots of dishes and cutlery, nice armchairs, some of our favorite pictures, plants (please water them from time to time! 😊) and everything else you need to live in Berlin. For anything you want to keep out of sight (suitcases etc.) there is a storage cupboard in the stairwell as well as a spacious cellar. The apartment itself is 35 square meters and we are also happy to provide items such as towels, kitchen towels, a vacuum cleaner etc. Do reach out if you want to know more! 😊 _ _ _ Wir bieten Dir gerne unser ganz neu eingerichtetes Studio-Apartment in der Wiclefstraße im Herzen Berlins an und zwar im neuen Szene-Viertel Berlin-Moabit – nach Möglichkeit für mindestens zwei Monate, gerne auch länger. Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in einer wenig befahrenen, schmalen Straße. Der Gründerzeit-Altbau besteht aus drei Gebäudeteilen: einem Vorderhaus, einem Mittelhaus und einem Gartenhaus und grenzt direkt an den idyllischen Unionpark und ist auch ganz in der Nähe von der beliebten Arminius-Markthalle. Unser Apartment ist in der 4. Etage im Gartenhaus. Die U9 ist außerdem nur 6 Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle sogar nur 3 Minuten. Von dort bist Du in nur 5 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten und in 9 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Auch praktisch: Der nächste Edeka ist direkt vor der Tür – genau wie tolle Restaurants (unser Tipp: Taverna Amphipolis – beste griechische Küche in ganz Moabit!) und nette Cafés (wir mögen besonders: Das Tirrée in der Birkenstraße!). Kulturfreunde wird das Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik (ZK/U) ganz in der Nähe begeistern. Das Apartment ist super hell und liebevoll ausgestattet – mit Retro-Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, super schnellem WiFi, holzverzierter Küche, großem Vintage-Bett, ganz viel Geschirr, Nespresso-Maschine, netten Sesseln, netten Bildern, Blumen (bitte ab und zu gießen! 😊) und alles, was man sonst zum Leben in Berlin so braucht. Für Deinen Krimskrams gibt es eine Extra-Kammer im Treppenhaus und außerdem einen geräumigen Keller. Die Wohnung selbst ist 35 Quadratmeter groß und wir bieten auch Handtücher, Küchentücher und Bettwäsche - gar kein Problem. Lass uns wissen, falls Du mehr Informationen brauchst!
