The 2-room Apartment is located on the ground floor of a new (2019) residential complex in Berlin Heinersdorf. The residential complex consists of three houses, a front house (main house) and two houses behind. Due to the location in one of the two rear houses, the terrace and the Apartment are spared from the street noise! The Apartment consists of a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. Equipment of the Apartment: - Living room with comfortable couch, desk, dining table and flat TV (cable TV) - Bedroom with great box-spring bed, wardrobe and flat TV (cable TV) - Fully equipped kitchenette including 4 ceramic hobs & oven - Bathroom with shower and toilet The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating - can be regulated separately per room! WiFi is available - Vodafone hotspot In the main house there is a large (shared) laundry room with drying devices and washing machines. (Billing is done via the company we wash - own account required) The location of the Apartment is excellent - in Berlin Heinersdorf with a direct tram connection (M2 to Alexanderplatz) and the bus X54 (to Pankow) in front of the door. All major shops are within walking distance! (Netto, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, bakery, hardware store, pharmacy, ...) Berlin Heinersdorf is a beautiful district, not in the middle of the noisy city center, but the center (including Alexanderplatz, Wedding, Pankow, ...) is within easy reach. The cleaning fee applies to normal pollution. Water and electricity consumption should also be within the normal range! As a precaution, it should be expressly mentioned that pets are not allowed in the apartment! Smoking inside the Apartment is strictly forbidden!
