Deutsche Oper is 10 minutes walking away, and Berlin Technical University is 5 minutes away by bike, 10 minutes away by public transportation. This is a great location for students and international opera singers. The apartment's bathroom is completely new and fitted with rain shower. The bed in the sleeping room can be used as a single bed (80x200), or open out to be a double bed (160x200). There's a 40'' TV in the living room, facing a 3-sitter sofa bed. There's a dining table for 4. The ceiling fan gives an air of old charm to the apartment, and is especially useful in summer. The working room has a comfortable work chair and table, and also a small sofa bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, with multiple cabinets for storing stuff.
