A quiet and luxurious apartment perfect for a professional couple or single person. Located by the famous Schloss Charlottenburg and park, perfect for cycling, walking and jogging. We do not want children or infants since, the apartment is not suitable for more than 2 people and not suited to infants either. However, there are two high quality folding wall beds in the living room for your visiting weekend guests. An abundance of cheap or high-end local restaurants, supermarkets and shops within minutes walk. Designer furniture, with a fully equipped new Miele Kitchen with breakfast bar and french doors onto a private garden & terrace. Very high ceilings. Attractive shower room/toilet. The apartment is quiet (no traffic nor neighbour noise). The apartment feels safe, due to access via 3 double doors at the rear of the building, and electric remote controlled metal shutters on all windows. We very much enjoy living in the apartment, and offer it reluctantly for rent to the right tenant.
