Quiet location in a small private street without traffic and yet very good transport links -- you reach the city center in 20 mins! The apartment has a terrace which adjoins the open kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with two plates, a microwave oven, blender, etc. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. On the 5.5 sqm terrace - oriented towards north-east - you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset. The bedroom, with a 140cm wide bed, is separated from the living room by a wide sliding door. You can either leave these open to enjoy the large room or close them, to allow for having in the bedroom a comfortable sleep temperature. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine and high quality tiles. Your landlords live close by and are happy to help in case of any questions! The apartment is located in the up-and-coming and still quiet district of Berlin-Tempelhof -- you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 20 minutes easily and stress-free. By foot or bike you reach in a few minutes ... - the underground U-Bahn station Ullsteinstrasse from which the U6 to Berlin-Mitte in 15 minutes - the S-Bahn station Attilastrasse from which the S26 brings you to Berlin Mitte in 18 minutes - various busses: 184, 170 or M76 to Steglitz, Lankwitz, Teltow or Tempelhof-Nord. Furthermore the S-Bahn ring (S41 and S42) can be reached by bus 184 or U6. By car you reach within a few minutes - the train station Südkreuz - the city highway ("Stadtautobahn", A100) Within walking distance are various supermarkets and the shopping center Tempelhofer Hafen.
