The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, . It is quietly located in the rear courtyard while still being bright. A pleasant neighborhood and a green courtyard invite you to relax; seating is also available there. Adjacent to it is an additional room that is used as a bedroom with a doublebed. The large room features decorative ceiling stucco and there's a fireplace that can be used. Bed linen, kitchen utensils, towels, and additional furniture can be provided if required. For an additional person (child) the monthly rent increases by 50 €. Viewings are possible, and move-in can take place as soon as possible by arrangement. There are no pictures of the kitchen and the bathroom, because they are in the process of being redone. Kitchen window shows to the courtyard and has space for 2 people to sit down.
