Nette Nachbarn und Nachbarschaft! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Es sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Alexanderplatz, der Sie mit allen benötigten S-Bahnen und U-Bahnen verbindet. Es gibt auch eine Straßenbahn / Tram, die Haltestelle heißt Mollstr./Otto-Braun-Str. Ein Netto ist gleich um die Ecke, um Lebensmittel und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu besorgen. Alles andere (Drogeriemarkt, Einkaufszentren etc.) finden Sie am Alexanderplatz. Es gibt Parks um die Ecke und man ist mittendrin - Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem ruhig zum Innenhof, sodass man nichts vom Verkehrslärm mitbekommt 🇬🇧 The flat is completely furnished - it has a washing machine, a little Smart TV, fridge, a little oven and everything needed for living. Wifi is included. Nice neighbors and neighborhood! The location is just perfect! It is walking distance (5 minutes) to Alexanderplatz that connects you to all S-Bahns and U-Bahns needed. There is also a Straßenbahn / Tram, the stop's name is Mollstr./Otto-Braun-Str. A Netto is just around the corner to get food and daily stuff. Everything else (drug store, shopping malls etc.) can be found at Alexanderplatz. There are parks around the corner and you're in the middle of everything - Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg... The flat is facing the inside garden looking at the Hilton Hotel, therefore you don't hear any noises from traffic.
