The apartment has a double bed (140cm x 200cm), as well as a sofa + coffee table, clothes cabinet and a table with chairs. The table+chairs can be taken outside to the balcony to enjoy the breakfast or just sit and relax. Bedsheets (linings for the bed + blanket and a pillow, etc) will be provided. The bathroom has a proper bath and a shower. There is also a washing machine. Towels and other basic necessities are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: counter top+sink, electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and a toaster. There are of course basic utensils, pots and pans and plates. To be able to move in and spend time in Berlin comfortably all you have to basically do is go and buy groceries. More or less everything else is already there to make an easy start in Berlin. Energy certificate will be available during the apartment viewing and can be sent electronically after the signature of the contract.
