A comfortable and welcoming space to come home to and relax. It features a spacious rounded balcony in the back of the building with a direct view of Berlin's TV tower at Alexanderplatz and windows overlooking the roofs of the neighborhood in the front. The apartment is right around the corner from Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz with its famous Volksbühne and just a few minutes walking distance to Alexanderplatz as well as Hackescher Markt. You'll find yourself in a place full of hip cafes, stylish boutiques, cool restaurants, hot bars and cultural hot spots. When you enter the street it's mainly pedestrians and bikes where you can rent a bike or scooter all around. Parking is limited but you can find the Subway and the Tram right on the next corner as well as the big S-Bahn and Train Station at Alexanderplatz. Different markets, kiosks and grocery stores are all around in walking distance as well.
