The apartment was newly built in 2016 and was repainted in April 2023. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 6th floor where the apartment is located. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. A parking space can also be rented. The living room has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and refrigerator, an extendable dining table that can accommodate 4-6 people. You can relax on the comfortable corner couch and watch your favorite series on a 55" SmartTV. The living room is on the street side and has a small roof terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city.
