A nice fully furnished 2 room (1 BR) apartment in a historical building in a very quiet area with the huge private garden in a historical area (museums, Charité), almost directly at the channel with walking paths and resting areas, ca. 8 - 10 minutes walk or 1 bus stop to the main railway station The apartment is ideal for singles or couples. The brand new Miele dishwasher, almost new washing machine, fridge, new microwave, WLAN-DSL 50 000 kbit/s (pretty high for Germany). Bathroom with a window to the garden and lots of light. Very tight blindfolds in every single room The Kitchen, bathroom, and hallway were just renovated in July 2019 and partly in 2022, marble windowsills in every room and in the bathroom. New (2022) faucets in the shower and at the sink. A parking space for a car is easily possible after the registration in the neighborhood for about 13 € a year (Parkraumbewirtschaftung). Or in the back of the house on the private property for additional 50 €/month. The garage nearby might be also available on request on the extra cost on a different contract (please request if needed, ca. 150,- € á month atm)
