The flat is very well connected and bus and underground stations are < 5 minutes away. The S-Bahn station Yorckstraße can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There are various local shops, which can also be reached in < 5 minutes on foot. Restaurants & bars are also in the immediate vicinity, but are far enough away so that there is no noise pollution. The hip districts of Charlottenburg, Mitte and Kreuzberg can be reached in 10-20 minutes.
