In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment has two identically furnished living/bedrooms, which are perfect for a 2-person shared flat. The living room The design apartment is located in the impressive buildings of the former Stalinallee, Berlin's longest listed building. The buildings, which were constructed in the 1950s along East Berlin's monumental socialist boulevard, are now considered one of the most impressive sights for architecture lovers. Enjoy a modern, comfortable ambience with urban chic in this apartment, which was exclusively modernized in early 2018 and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern kitchen (fully equipped with coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, crockery, pots and pans and all important cooking utensils) forms the centerpiece of the 65 m² 2-room apartment. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub, high-quality sanitary ware and is very well lit and ventilated thanks to a large window. The two shared rooms are similarly furnished, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm, quality H3 mattresses) and a three-door closet (one room has a walk-in closet instead of a closet). Blackout curtains ensure an undisturbed night's sleep. The entire apartment has W-LAN. The very bright apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available) Further important information: Please note that check-in is possible between 15:00 and 24:00. Special arrangements must be made in advance for other times. A late check-in fee of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks. There is an extra charge of 36 EUR (12 EUR per hour) per cleaning. The tenant pays this directly to the cleaning lady. Heating, water and electricity costs are included in the rental price.
