Optimal transport connections (S1/2/25/26, U6/8, tram 10, 12, 5 all within walking distance). Three stops from the central train station and still very quiet side street in the former "Fireland" of Berlin (birthplace of the Borsig company); restaurants, Zentralbad Mitte, galleries, and museum island can be reached in less than 15 minutes walking. Bedroom facing the quiet courtyard, living room and kitchen facing the street. Kitchen appliances, Wlan, washer-dryer included (cellar storage room available upon extra request).
