Spacious, bright, and cozy two-bedroom apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg, in the center of West Berlin. Fifth floor with elevator, large balcony. Five minutes’ walk to Savignyplatz S-Bahn station, 10 minutes to Kurfürstendamm. Bus stop in front of the door. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and newly refurbished to a high and cozy standard. It is fully furnished, including dishes, towels and bed linen, so you only need to bring your suitcase. Actually, you will be the first tenant after renovation! (Well, except that I lived in the apartment myself for two months to finish the renovation and furnishing works.)
