Nevertheless, you are in the middle of the vibrant life of Berlin and Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is fully equipped: Living area with comfortable sofa (Note: some apartments have lounge chairs, this must be changed accordingly), dining table/chairs, workstation, TV, chest of drawers, double bed (140x200), large wall unit, bed linen. Open kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, crockery, all cooking utensils. Bathroom with bathtub and glass shower screen (Note: some apartments have a walk-in shower, change accordingly), towels, hairdryer. Hallway with additional wardrobe, shoe cabinet, cleaning equipment. In addition to the usual utility costs, the rent also includes WiFi, GEZ fees, cleaning once a month and a caretaker service. Only electricity is charged separately according to personal consumption (approx. 20 Euro/month). Landlord's certificate possible.
