The living room has a comfortable, high-quality leather couch and armchair, a bluetooth stereo system, a modern, large smart TV and a large desk. The bedroom comes with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm, with adjustable slatted frames and multi-zone coldfoam mattresses) and a large wall unit with a variety of storage options. The rental fee includes all operating costs also heating, (hot)-water and electricity - provided that these are within the normal consumption range (corresponding to the average values ​​of the public Berlin utilitiy companies for 2-person-households). The house-rules are a part of the rental agreement and are available as a PDF-file.
