Wonderful 1-room apartment directly opposite the Hausburgpark in Friedrichshain. The apartment with around 40 square meters has stylish and largely new furniture. The spacious living room and bedroom has an elegant double bed (180cm x 200cm). You can relax in two beautiful and elegant leather armchairs and enjoy the view of the Hausburg Park. There is also a small balcony that invites you to linger. There is also a desk for working at your disposal. The equipment is very extensive with fast internet, a washing machine with integrated dryer and extensive kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) The apartment is suitable for up to 1 or 2 people (plus 1 small child) with a stay of at least 2 months. Due to construction in the backyard the rent is already reduced by 150€ per month (normal rent is 150€ per month above the offered rent). The Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station (S41, S42, Ringbahn) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes or 500m. Several trams can also be reached in 5 minutes, which go to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. On-street parking is relatively available in the area and can be used without a resident parking permit. Directly opposite is the Hausburgpark, which invites you to take short walks and do sports. The famous and large Volkspark Friedrichshain can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The European Sports Park with a modern swimming pool can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a bakery just 200m away. Larger supermarkets and larger shops are located at the Storkower Straße S-Bahn station, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Friedrichshain as a whole is known for its extensive bars, restaurants and clubs. However, the apartment itself is on a quiet street with no restaurants.
