In general, it is a very green and beautiful area. You can use everything. I can create space for you by putting my belongings in the basement. I really need to get to know you, by call, but in person preferred. It is a 160x200 bed. As a couple, the apartment would also be perfect for two. For a shared flat, it is rather unsuitable, as there would otherwise only be the sofa; if necessary, a maximum 2-person shared flat could still be arranged here for those who don't mind sleeping in the same room. I will be traveling, perhaps even longer, so there is even the possibility to extend it for you if it's a good fit between us. Internet, electricity, and everything else is included.
