About

The apartment is tastefully & comfortably furnished and is located in the beautiful district Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept old Berlin building in the front building. Since the street is not very busy, it is not noisy even during the day with open windows. The spacious living room is bright and friendly and equipped with a large sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo, desk and dining table. A third person can also sleep on the large sofa. The bedroom for two persons has a balcony and faces the backyard, so it is quiet. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower and has a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking or breakfast. There is also a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. But of course you can smoke on the balcony. The car can be parked very close to the apartment (free public parking).
