It is located near Frankfurter Allee and Friedrichshain with all their culinary restaurants, trendy clubs, cafés and bars are just a stone's throw away. Alexanderplatz is reachable in less than 15 minutes, offering the best shopping opportunities. you have no more desire for sightseeing, you can play tennis, squash, basketball or football on the nearby sports field (approx. 500m away). There is also a fitness studio and a park for jogging in the immediate area. Discover one of the most popular nightlife areas in Europe right in front of you. Here, in center of Berlin, you are close to all the sightseeing you want to see. It is also a nice area for couples to kick from the daily grind and enjoy nice cafes and all of what an open minded district has to give. There are so many restaurants with food from all over the world, that you won't be missing anything. Good & nearby public transportation? Yes. The train station (U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Tramis less than 5 min walk) brings you immediately to Alexanderplatz and any parts of Berlin. But you are probably already where you want be. Free Parking available? Within minutes you`ll always find a free parking space around the corner or just in front of the building. Is there a place where I can rent bicycles nearby the flat? Yes. Bike-shops are nearby this place. We don`t offer bikes ourselves, but my friend has some bikes to offer. Ask him to make a good deal for you upon arrival, if you wish to borrow some bikes. Is there an elevator in this building? No. There is no elevator in this building. It`s also not necessary because you only need a few stair steps to this place (ground-floor)
