PRENZL offers 13 fully furnished and light-flooded private studios, each equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette, as well as large common areas that combine functionality, comfort, design and community. And there's more! Our so-called super-common space offers additional room to work, chill and live on top of your private studio and the other common areas. Here, you'll get to meet your Colonies neighbours from Prenzl 1 & 2. It can be used as a coworking space during the day, or a place to gather for drinks and a fun movie night with your housemates at night.
