This modern furnished 1 room studio flat meets all the needs of an own flat on approx. 19 m². The flat has a box-spring bed (130×200), a wardrobe, a fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, a work/dining table, Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, bath towels, and hand towels. The radio in the bathroom has Bluetooth reception, the flat has its own ventilation. The house offers a lot of amenities, like reception from 08:00 to 24:00. A launderette is located in the building, and a café/restaurant can be found in the basement with co-working space and lounge. Every Wednesday, our rooftop terrace invites you to unwind from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, featuring freshly brewed coffee, delicious cakes, and a selection of refreshing soft drinks. The rooftop bar with a terrace on the 6th floor is open for you once a week. Here you can enjoy the all-round panoramic view of the city. The transport connections can be described as optimal. The underground and S-Bahn are on the doorstep. The Lietzensee Lake is 5 minutes away and invites you to relax. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
