About

As we will be spending several weeks abroad for work, we are renting out our stylishly furnished and fully equipped Altbau apartment in Berlin’s beautiful Bötzowviertel neighborhood (Prenzlauer Berg). The apartment is ideal for individuals, couples, visiting researchers, or small families looking for a high-quality, move-in-ready home for a temporary stay in one of Berlin’s most desirable residential areas. Availability: August 20 – October 4. The exact dates are somewhat flexible within this period, but the rental cannot begin before August 20 or end after October 4. Rent: €2,500 per month Security deposit: One month’s rent The apartment: * 89 m2 of living space, 4 rooms, one of which will be used during our absence as a storage room for our stuff; * Classic Berlin Altbau with approximately 3m (10 ft) high ceilings; * Spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen; * Two balconies; * Bedroom with a large double bed; * One additional room, suitable as a home office, guest room, or children’s room; * Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Amenities: The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, including: * Designer furniture; * Large and extensible dining table seating 6–10 people; * Comfortable modular sofa (Livom Mike); * Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster, and juicer; * Washing machine and dryer; * Smart TV; * High-speed Wi-Fi; * Height-adjustable desk, ideal for working from home; * HEPA air purifiers; * Robot vacuum cleaner and cordless vacuum cleaner; * Two bicycles. Family-friendly: As we have a young child ourselves, the apartment is also well suited for families. Upon request, we are happy to provide a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub, and child safety outlet covers.
