The bedroom exudes warmth and comfort, furnished with a plush double bed, stylish bedside tables, and soft lighting from elegant lamps. A spacious desk and chair provide an ideal workspace, while a TV adds a touch of entertainment. The high-quality wooden furniture enhances the cozy, homely atmosphere, making it a perfect sanctuary to unwind and recharge. The apartment features a state-of-the-art underfloor heating system, providing consistent warmth throughout the space, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Large, expansive windows, as seen in the photos, flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Additional Tenant Policy: The listed rental price is based on single occupancy. If two tenants occupy the apartment, a monthly surcharge of €165 will apply. Laundry Facilities: Located in (hidden)ment, washing machines and dryers are available for tenant use at an additional charge. Ironing machines, however, can be used free of charge. Cleaning Service: Not included in the rental price, but can be arranged for an additional fee. For your convenience, late check-ins after 17:00, as well as check-ins during weekends and holidays, can be arranged until 22:00 for an additional fee. However, please note that check-ins are not possible before 10:00 or after 22:00.
