It is very quietly located in the courtyard with lots of greenery. The mature neighborhood with cafes and smaller shops creates a pleasant living situation A modern induction stove and oven, a new dishwasher and a large refrigerator with freezer were purchased in the kitchen. (A 3-person occupancy can be requested.) The botanical garden is within walking distance. The bus stop is a few steps away from the buses M48, M85, they go directly into the city of Berlin, e.g. towards the Philharmonie, New National Gallery, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag and main station. 30 meters further is the entrance to U-9 towards Kurfürstendamm, U-Zoo and U-Osloer Straße 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can reach other buses and the S-Bahn towards Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstrasse, Unter den Linden Anhalter Bahnhof etc. To Grunewald, Schlachtensee, Wannsee and Potsdam the S-Bahn goes in the other direction.
