Despite being right in the heart of Kreuzberg, it feels surprisingly peaceful: a true retreat above the rooftops, with cafés, restaurants, late-night shops and everything that makes the neighborhood special just around the corner. The apartment has an open, airy layout and is exceptionally bright. A fully renovated roof and new electric roof windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere even on grey Berlin days. The interior is stylish and high-quality without feeling overdone—an easy, comfortable place to arrive, work, and unwind. A real highlight is the sunny roof terrace—newly refurbished and perfect for breakfast in the sun, relaxing outdoors, or enjoying the evening with sweeping views across the city. We truly love Kreuzberg—and this apartment reflects that. It’s our family home in the neighborhood, which we use ourselves regularly and also envision for our children in the future. Whenever we’re not in Berlin, we’re happy to share it as a well-kept, fully furnished home for a clearly agreed period, with people who appreciate the Wrangelkiez as much as we do and want to live right in the middle of it—without giving up light, calm, and comfort.
