Berlin Mitte - This is a beautiful, sunny apartment with access to your own garden, facing south. In the meantime the garden ist surrounded by big bushes/plants. The garden is enclosed, safe, has no access from the outside! Great condition, very well maintained - and a very cosy yet modern atmosphere. The shape of the apartment gives a feeling of your own little house in the backyard. Big windows, lots of light, all white/grey, living Room/dining Room, brand new open kitchen, facing the dining room. The hallway leads to the bedroom, with a 1.60m large bed and a separate bathroom. Great neighbours/great community. Strelitzer Street is a lovely quiet street. The whole interior is a grey/white mix. You will find a great interior of carpets, pillows, decorative items that are functional, usefull and should meet the taste of many potential clients. Fully equipped kitchen, towels, linen etc., dishwasher, washing machine, flat iron etc. - as well as garden furniture - and W-Lan. There is also a basement/storage available. The Strelitzer-Street is awesome - a true hidden gem. Very quiet - the parallel road is the busy Brunnenstraße. There are parking spots available. Buildings are historic - german history happened here - right around the corner: Berlin Wall Memorial. 5 min walk to Rosenthaler Platz - 3 min lots of restaurants and shops on Invalidenstraße, next door lots of shops on Brunnenstraße. Lots of trendy, vegan, cool places next door. "Becycle" Berlin next door/Jivamukti Yoga next door.
