This beautiful Altbau flat is elegantly furnished with original wooden flooring and 3m high ceilings. * If you are a young family with a baby or toddler, we can provide baby beds, a baby bouncer, a high chair and other baby and toddler relevant equipment. Please let us know during the booking process * The flat itself comprises of two spacious bedrooms, both of which come with double beds. One bedroom includes a fully equipped workstation with a large screen for working remotely. The living room features a sofa bed from Bolia with pull-out mattress that serves as an additional double bed, a Samsung TV, Sonos speakers and a four person dining table. There are also two modern bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub and shower. The smaller restroom includes a laundry machine for washing and drying. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, perfect for home-cooking. We also have a Cuckoo high-pressure rice cooker, LG microwave, a WMF coffee machine, espresso maker, Bosch blender, and induction stove. The flat features a balcony facing West with a great open view, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the sun that sets just across. Speaking of the neighborhood, Prenzlauer Berg is known for its lively atmosphere and abundance of cultural attractions. A hot spot for trendy cafes and bars, independent craft shops and farmers' markets, there is always something new and exciting to discover.
