The accommodation The 87 sqm apartment is located on the SECOND floor (of a total of 4 floors) of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a kitchen, daylight bathroom, a living room with dining area, the master bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that a total of 6 people can sleep comfortably. All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms are so-called connecting rooms. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the apartment is laid out with beautiful polished floorboards. The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and much more. The modern bathroom with a window overlooking the courtyard has a washbasin, a walk-in shower and a bathtub that invites you to relax. There is a large TV (43 inch (approx. 1 m)) with HDMI connection in the living room. An HDMI cable for easy playback of videos from a laptop is also available. The washing machines in the stairwell can be used free of charge. Clothes drying racks and irons are available for drying laundry. There are no additional costs on site. Access for guests Enter the driveway via the main entrance and turn right into the stairwell of the apartment building. Here you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. The entrance door to the apartment is on the right-hand side. Check-in is possible at any time.
