It is also very quiet because the apartment has new triple(!) windows which block out the outside noise and keep the warmth in. There are big windows on both sides of the entire flat so the whole flat is VERY illuminated and bright. The view of one side of the apartment give to the majestic Engelbecken pond, where you find a family of swans swimming around with their duck buddies. The view of the other side of the apartment gives to the garden and a children’s playground. One of the best things about the flat is the amazing location! Right in the middle heart of Kreuzberg, it is surrounded by many bars, restaurants and busy nightlife. It is very well communicated, within walking distance you reach three different U-Bahn Stations (Kottbusser Tor, Moritzplatz and Heinrich Heine) and the big train station Ostbahnhof is also very close. The bus 147 stops right in font of the house. There are 2 supermarkets (Aldi and Edeka) that are not even 2 minutes walking distance. Lidl is at approx 5 minutes walking away. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped and furnished and include microwave and oven, dishwasher a big table with 4 chairs and since the kitchen is quite big it can also fit a couch and be used as a living room. Bedroom nr 1 has a two meter long wardrobe and a 160cm wide bed and a desk. Bedroom nr 2 has a 140x200cm large bed , a big desk with office chair, cabinet, clothes hanger and from this room you can reach the balcony and catch some fresh air and enjoy the view to the beautiful pond. This bedroom can be easily converted into an office room by removing the bed (upon request) and putting the sofa into this room (great for couples or single person!). Looking for a non-smoking, quiet (no parties in the flat!), responsible person, couple, or family with good communication, who can prove a stable income , no pets. Die Wohnung verfügt über neue Dreifach-Fenster und ist deshalb sehr ruhig und warm für den Winter, da der Außenlärm aufgeblendet und die Wärme im Inneren gehalten wird. Auf beiden Seiten der gesamten Wohnung befinden sich große Fenster, so dass die gesamte Wohnung SEHR hell ist. Der Blick von der einen Seite der Wohnung ist auf das majestätische Engelbecken gerichtet, wo eine Familie von Schwänen mit ihren Entenfreunden herumschwimmt. Der Blick der anderen Seite der Wohnung richtet sich auf den Garten und einen Kinderspielplatz. Eines der besten Dinge an der Wohnung ist die fantastische Lage! Mitten im Herzen von Kreuzberg gelegen, ist sie von vielen Bars, Restaurants und einem regen Nachtleben umgeben. In Laufnähe erreichen Sie drei verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen (Kottbusser Tor, Moritzplatz und Heinrich Heine) und der große Ostbahnhof ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Der Bus 147 hält direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt 2 Supermärkte, die nicht einmal 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind. Ein weiterer ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
 Die Küche ist komplett möbliert und ebenfalls brandneu und verfügt über Mikrowelle und Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200cm Bett und einen riesigen 2 Meter langen Kleiderschrank und ein Büro. Vom zweitem Schlafzimmer aus können Sie den Balkon erreichen, etwas frische Luft schnappen und den Blick auf den Pool genießen.
Dieses Schlafzimmer kann man auch als Büro umwandeln indem man das Bett entfernt (auf Anfrage) und das Sofa in dieses Zimmer stellt. Auf der Suche nach einer ruhiger (keine Partys in der Wohnung!), verantwortlicher Person oder ein Paar oder Familie, mit guter Kommunikation, die ein stabiles Einkommen nachweisen können.
