Die komfortable Zwei-Zimmerwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Mit den nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ( drei Buslinien und die U7) sind sie in 30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Couchecke mit Glastisch. Hier können sie entspannen und/oder Fernsehen schauen. Ein großer, ovaler Tisch mit 5 Stühlen kann als Essbereich genutzt werden. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein und kann vom Wohnzimmer betreten werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem stabilen Doppelbett (1,6 x 2 m), einem Etagenbett (für Kinder) und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. In der Küche ist neben der Waschmaschine, dem Kühlschrank, dem Geschirrspüler auch ein kleiner Bistrotisch mit 2 Stühlen vorhanden. Bad (Tageslicht) mit Regendusche und ein großer Flur (Garderobe mit Spiegel). Die Wohnung kann für maximal 2 Personen angemietet werden. The apartment is fully furnished. The living room has a couch corner with glass table. Here you can relax and / or watch TV. A large, oval table with 5 chairs can be used as a dining area. The balcony invites you to relax and can be entered from the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a sturdy double bed (1.6 x 2 m), a bunk bed (for children) and a wardrobe. In the kitchen next to the washing machine, the fridge, the dishwasher and a small bistro table with 2 chairs available. Daylight bathroom with rain shower and a large hallway.
