Living/dining room with access to the balcony (west-facing), bedroom/study with double bed 160×200, note: the rent already includes the internet flat rate, the tenant bears the costs of the broadcasting fees (if these are registered), washing machine and dryer are in the communal laundry room of the Corbusierhaus, a parking space is available to all tenants on the property (but there is no guarantee of a fixed parking space). The flat is located in the Corbusierhaus - a monument of modern architecture (the building was designed by the Swiss architect Le Corbusier in 1957 for the International Building Exhibition and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site), a final cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the rental period.
