This 67sqm maisonette apartment was first occupied in 2015. It is luxuriously refurbished and fully furnished. I use them when I work in Berlin and otherwise like to rent them out to guests. It's easy to feel at home in this great, super-central place! Only the best materials and materials were used. You just have to see and feel what makes life here so special: You enter the property through a portal that leads you into a bright and airy hallway. Here you will be delighted by the artfully carved staircase that leads you to the floors. Here, too, large doors allow a stately entrée. The luxury maisonette apartment is located in the side wing and has a size of 67 square meters. The apartment is fully equipped and impresses with individual, high-quality detail solutions. A very elegant bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are of course included. The apartments have a balcony with seating. Due to current legislation, I am only renting out the apartment for the long term. Cleaning takes place every two weeks and will be charged with 65 euros each There is a wash dryer available for you. Bed linen and towels are on site. The high security standard with cameras in the public areas is part of the overall picture of the property. A decalcification system and a state-of-the-art condensing boiler were also installed. The location benefits from excellent transport links to local public transport, good shopping, schools and day-care centers. Extensive green spaces such as the nearby Volkspark Friedrichshain, but also Arnswalder Platz, offer extensive recreational opportunities for families and athletes. The apartment can be easily reached by bus 200 from Alexanderplatz (Kniprodestrasse / Danziger Strasse) or from the main train station with the M10 tram (Arnswalder Platz). Alexanderplatz can be reached directly by car or tram via Greifswalder Strasse in a few minutes.
