About

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of year. In addition to gas central heating, you can also light the large wood-burning stove and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, our beautiful flower and vegetable garden has a large sunbathing lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with barbecue ring and a large dining area with parasol. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows. We are located in a mixed area of homeowners, allotment gardeners, seasonal restaurants and small businesses. Cars can be parked free of charge directly in front of the house. Overview of public transport connections : Ferry F11 across the Spree (2 minutes on foot) Bus 365 to Baumschulenweg station (8 minutes on foot) Streetcar 21 / Blöckdammweg to Friedrichshain (17 minutes on foot) SBahn Baumschulenweg (from the ferry station opposite approx. 15 minutes on foot) Bike rental stations in Friedrichshain : Rent a bike , Warschauer Str. 43, 10243 Berlin (12 € a day) Attention! From May 2023, there will be a €45 ticket for all local and long-distance transport throughout Germany for one month.
