About

The house is typical of Berlin architecture of the 1930s and was completely refurbished in 2020. It stands in its own small garden with a lockable garden gate. Next to the house is a large deck with garden furniture. From the back of the house, you have a wonderful view on to one of Berlin’s best known private rose gardens. The entrance is through a glass vestibule with cloakroom facilities. Downstairs there is a toilet and the interconnected living room and dining room. The generous kitchen is in a separate room. The upstairs has a family bathroom with bathtub and the 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a queen-sized double bed (200x140). The larger bedroom has 3 beds; these can be arranged either as 3 single beds (200x90, 200x90, 200x80) or as a king-sized double bed (200x180) and a single bed (200x80). Both bedrooms have wardrobes and generous storage. In the basement there is a storage room with a freezer and drinks fridge which also still contains the original tiled laundry boiler. Further, there a fully equipped modern laundry which also has a built-in shower. Lastly, there is a separate hobby/office room equipped with 3-phase current. All the basement spaces have windows. The house is in a very quiet, leafy residential area with unrestricted road-side parking. Gated parking on the property is also possible. The metropolitan rail network (S-Bahnhof, Zehlendorf) and all shops are approx. 10 minutes by foot. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 parks and the John F. Kennedy School. The Free University (FU) is 3km away. To the Tesla factory in Grünheide you need 50 minutes and to the international airport BER 30 minutes by car.
