We are renting a renovated semi-detached house with a fenced garden in a quiet, green location. The house is near the village pond, Lichtenrade public park, and Bahnhofstrasse with its numerous shops. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is a 15-minute drive away, but the house is not in the flight path. The property was furnished with new furniture in 2025 and features a guest WC, a hallway with a wardrobe, a fitted kitchen with appliances and dishes, a living/dining area, and a spacious terrace with access to the garden on the ground floor. Downstairs, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a hobby room. On the first floor, there is a shower room, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a room with a sofa bed, and a room with a study area and a single bed. Pets are allowed upon request.
