The bedroom has a 180cm bed, closet and small desk, as well as a small balcony. A fully furnished living room with a Winter Garden style balcony, a newly renovated bathroom, and a fully outfitted kitchen including induction cooking and a dishwasher complete the rented area. Although the apartment is conveniently close to the A100, the train station Südkreuz, and near the major city street Grazer Damm, it is extremely quiet. The view from the Winter garden to the east looks out over the Nature Parkland “Schöneberg Südgelände” which is a great place for a walk or bike ride, or just to relax. All necessary services are available within short walking distance, including groceries, restaurants, public transportation, bakery, playground, and a hospital.
