THE FLAT Beautiful refurbished old building with high ceilings- big living room with a comfortable bedding sofa and around the corner you can find a kitchenette and a bunk bed. The comfortable bathroom has a bathtub. The rent includes all bills (internet, water, electricity, heating and other fees) The apartment is suited for 1 or 2 persons -a single or a couple, even though there is a sleeping possibility for 3. The flat is on the 2nd floor of the back building and is very calm. The flat is sunny during day- The wifi is strong and speedy. THE LOCATION The apartment is located in Samariterstrasse in the quiet, but vivid historic residential area of Friedrichshain, in the Heart of the "Samariterkiez". Close by you can find a lot of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and Spätkauf, the Berlin version of Seven Eleven, 3 minutes from the house. The area is very well connected to other parts of the city, with all kind of public transport the S- and U-Bahn and Bus station just a walk away and in the later night, there is a nightline. The U5 was just extended and brings you directly to the central station and the Pariser Platz with the Brandenburg Tor- its Berlins most modern Subway. There are many grocery, organic and late night shops as well as pharmacies, bakeries and a gym around. In immediate proximity (less than 10 min by foot) are: half a dozen Cafes, bakeries and restaurants, a bio-, discount and a very bin regular supermarket, S-Bahn station Storkowerstrasse with direct routes to SXF, metro station Samariterstrasse, ATM. A specialty food supermarket for food lovers is also around ("Frischeparadies") and big shops for home accessories and hardware store(Toom) a big Lidl and Rewe and a The lively, lonely-planet featured and heavily frequented Simon-Dach-Strasse and Boxhagener Platz with tons of cafes and restaurants are are not far. - here you can feel the vibrant pulse of the city.
