I’ll be traveling, and during this time, my lovely home in Kreuzberg, Berlin, is available for sublet. Nestled in a charming 1890s Altbau, my apartment combines historical allure with modern comforts. It’s a bright, welcoming space with wooden floors, impressively high ceilings and a balcony. I’ve spent some time transforming this space into a cozy retreat. It has contemporary amenities including a well-equipped spacious kitchen with a top-notch espresso machine and a modern bathroom with bathtub and a convenient washer/dryer combo. A highlight, especially in winter, is the cozy fireplace in the living room. For summer, the balcony overlooking Lausitzer Platz is also pretty nice. Situated in a pedestrian area, you’ll be in the heart of Kreuzberg, known for its friendly atmosphere and vibrant culinary scene. Food enthusiasts will be love the variety of restaurants and cafes, especially the renowned Markthalle 9 right on your doorstep. If this sounds exciting to you, I’d love to hear from you!
