The at is located in the courtyard (it is quiet!) at Greifswalder Strasse on the border of the ‘Wins' ‘Bötzow' districts of Prenzlauer Berg. Being directly on Greifswalder Str., there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. Also, within easy walking distance is the famous 'Kollwitzplatz', with its numerous shops and restaurants. The area around the apartment is one of the best in Berlin. One major plus is the nearby park ‘Volkspark Friedrichshain' which is just 5 minutes away. This is a favorite place for sports (jogging, biking, climbing, volleyball, etc) and relaxation (sunbathing, BBQ) for the locals. Directly on Greifswalderstr, there is a tram that comes every 5 minutes during the day. This will take you to Alexanderplatz in 8 minutes, meaning travel around the city is a snap.
