You’ll be living in the centre of trendy Friedrichshain with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs in the famous "Simon-Dach-Street" area within walking distance. Several options for shopping are situated around the corner in shopping centers, supermarkets snd late night shops. The underground station "Frankfurter Tor" (Line U5) is only 100 meters away and takes you to Alexanderplatz and the Eastern city center in about 10 minutes. Or take the tram M10 to reach Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg within just a few minutes. The apartment has two separate rooms and a central hall with an open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm, high quality mattresses H3) and a four-door wardrobe with interior lighting. Roller blinds provide undisturbed sleep. The lightful living room is equipped with a large and comfortable design sofa which can be used as an additional bed for 2 small people if required (windows are equipped with blackout blinds). Additionally there is a coffee table and a dining table for 4-6 people. The entertainment equipment includes a LED TV including BlueRay player and a mini sound-system with docking station.
