The 57 m2 apartment is located in an absolutely quiet backyard of a former button factory. The apartment has just been modernized and newly furnished. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a green marble coffee table, a dark mango dining table with four chairs and a Marshall loudspeaker. The open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a wide range of kitchen accessories. If you don't feel like cooking, countless restaurants and cafés await you right outside the front door. Just take a look at our guide... In the bedroom there is a designer bed by Hans Hansen and Kartell bedside tables, a wardrobe, a flat screen TV and blackout curtains. Since we know how important good sleep is, we have chosen a premium mattress that has been voted test winner by german "Stiftung Warentest" (German consumer product testing organization). If necessary, it can be turned if a harder degree is desired. In the bathroom there is a washer-dryer next to a bathtub. Alternatively, the spacious covered balcony also offers enough space for a clothes horse.
