Die Wohnung befindet sich im Berliner Humboldthafen. Es handelt sich um eine voll möblierte 65 Quadratmeter große Wohnung in einem Neubau (Juli 2019) mit Einbauküche und Bar, allen benötigten Geräten (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte etc.). Es hat auch super nette Vergünstigungen, wie z.B. einen riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser, Garderobe, Gästebad und einen kleinen Elektrokamin :) Es gibt drei Restaurants im Gebäude, Rossmann, Edeka im Gebäude daneben und Rewe in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Hbf ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Straßenbahn- und Busbahnstation im Erdgeschoss mit einer sehr guten Anbindung an alle Teile der Stadt. Der Tiergarten ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ort entfernt, der Reichstag in ca. 5 Minuten, viele Parks in der Umgebung und natürlich der Fluss direkt dort. The apartment is located in Berlin's Humboldthafen. It's a fully furnished 65 square meter apt in a new building (July 2019) with a built-in kitchen and bar, all needed appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc). It also has super nice perks, which are huge balcony facing the waterfront, wardrobe, guest bathroom and a little electro fireplace :) There are three restaurants in the building, Rossmann, Edeka in the building next to it and Rewe in 2 min walk. Hbf is 2 min walk, tram and bus station right downstairs with a very good connection to all parts of the city. Tiergarten is 10 min walk from the place, Reichstag in about 5 min, a lot of parks around and of course the river right there.
