A lovely 60 sqm apartment in Friedrichshain for short term stays Charming and very cozy, the 2-room apartment is centrally situated in the lively young district of Friedrichshain with the best infrastructure facilities for expatriate couples or singles. The apartment is in a small courtyard of a restored historic building complex, 2nd floor. It has high ceilings and is elegantly furnished with contemporary, antique and colonial pieces of furniture. The spacious living/dining area has 2 comfortable couches, TV, a side table, a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable double bed (200X160, premium mattress) and a wardrobe are in the bedroom. The kitchen has a big refrigerator/freezer, a new electric stove (new ceran) with oven, a microwave, a coffee and a Nespresso machine and a complete set of cooking wares, glassware, dishes and cutlery. There is a bathtub/shower in the neat bathroom with a window, where the washing machine and dryer are placed. Location: The apartment is in Friedrichshain, one of the most popular districts in Berlin. The neighborhood has numerous shops, restaurants, cafés and convenience stores whilst the heart of Friedrichshain, Simon Dach Street is just one minute away on foot. Transport network is excellent. It's just a short distance walk to the U-Bahn station Frankfurter Tor and the S-Bahn/U-Bahn Warschauerstraße. Bus line M240 that stops infront of the building complex is a 5-minute drive to Ostbahnhof. The trains from here connect directly to the Central Train Station, the Berlin Fairgrounds, Ku'damm and the Berlin/Brandenburg Airport.
