We offer our beautiful, sunny and spacious flat for a 3-month rental, with the possibility of extension to 6 months, a year or longer. The apartment consists of three rooms: - a bright living room with a large dining table and a comfortable couch - a bedroom with a 180 cm box-spring bed and plenty of wardrobe space, and a working desk, and - a third room with an additional couch, ideal as a guest or work room. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a modern kitchen fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including a washer-dryer, air fryer, and microwave. Much of the apartment is smart-enabled, with speakers in every room so you can enjoy music or podcasts throughout the space, and control the lights conveniently from the sofa. The location is very well connected: Just a short walk takes you to the lively Bergmannstraße area, as well as to nearby shops, cafés, and the Heineke market square. Public transport connections (e.g. Mehringdamm) are also within easy walking distance.
