Take the gorgeous sunshine hours on the balcony in the afternoon, for instance: in addition to the unmistakable scent of the linden trees dazing your senses in late summer, you will be spoiled by the most unobstructed view towards Berlin-Mitte and Berlin-Neukölln that you will ever have seen. Should you seek a more down-to-earth experience once in a while, you can visit the historic garden. Built in the 1910s, it has retained much of its original charme, having even earned official protection as a historic monument. The flat itself offers two bedrooms, a large living room, and an additional small space ("half-room") which currently holds a bunk bed, but can be used as a dedicated office space or as a laundry room. Furnished, all utilities included (DSL internet, TV, bed linen/towels, electricity, heating, dishes, microwave, coffee machine, ...). Only temporary renting to commuters, min. 3 months, max. 2 years. Ideal for 2-3 persons, everything else depending on agreement and constellation (e.g. family with 2 children well feasible). Depending on the arrangement, renting with a cleaner is possible.
